
Fall is officially here and apparently, nothing says fall like a pumpkin spiced latte. So I tried several recipes on the internet, but I really wasn’t happy with the results. I decided to start playing around with my old favorite – Cup of Sunshine, a turmeric-ginger latte. I think this combination worked out perfect with just enough pumpkin, spice, and sweetness. Enjoy one of the most popular flavors for the fall season- at home!
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 3 medjool dates
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
