Each class includes health benefits explained, cooking demos of quick, easy ways to get more plants into your life, along with tasty samples and lots take home recipes.

We’ll take away the mystery and show you what to cook and how to cook it. And you’ll have fun while you learn. We’ll even take you shopping to show you what products to put in your basket and on your table.
