THREE-WEEK COURSE – an introduction to whole food, plant based lifestyle
This course is divided into three, 3-hour classes. We meet once a month. You’ll learn what a whole food, plant-based lifestyle is (and is not); what to cook, how to cook, how to read labels, how to shop, and even how to eat out. We answer your questions, include lots of discussion, view
brief videos, and enjoy cooking demonstrations. And you’ll sample lots of delicious foods as we go.
You’ll receive countless tips and shortcuts, and receive a ton of quick, easy recipes that are sure to please. We provide helpful handouts, and introduce you to our favorite online resources for important up-to-date health and cooking information, as well.

- Class 2: The Dangers of Dairy- Why Be Wary of Dairy, Non-Dairy Options and Alternatives
- Class 3: Cooking Oil-Free and Loving It! Introduction to Whole Grains
We’ll also include a free grocery tour at a local grocery store to acquaint you with where to find healthy products.
You can register to take the entire course for $225, or you may select any individual class for just $85 each. Either way get started on the path to good health. We’ll show you how.
